Over the past two decades, his research has focused on proving that these virtues offer tangible benefits, such as increased profitability, enhanced customer loyalty, and improved employee retention.

Dr. Cameron attributes his success to the wonderful support system provided by his colleagues and family. His future plans include revising his existing published books, with a focus on completing one by the end of the month. He has also been asked to prepare a second edition of the Oxford Handbook on Positive Organizational Scholarship. Dr. Cameron intends to continue his professional efforts to impact more organizations and leaders. He firmly believes he will never retire in the traditional sense, hoping to remain active and engaged in his work indefinitely. Additionally, he plans to write a book for his family, encompassing key life lessons, inspirational incidents, and meaningful reflections, aiming to create a cherished addition to each of his children’s bookshelves. In his personal life, he is a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints. He enjoys participating in church activities, coaching youth in athletics, and volunteering with various organizations.
