Debra Bartz, Owner at Learn Conquer Soar Coaching and Captain at United Airlines, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in aviation and integrative nutrition and health care.
A board certified holistic practitioner, Ms. Bartz has been the owner of Learn Conquer Soar Coaching since 2010, where she focuses her practice on holistic and integrative nutrition. Responsible for coaching a team of individuals and writing blogs with her consultancy, she also pilots and commands an A320 airbus with United Airlines while mentoring and coaching aspiring pilots, a position she has held since 2005. Previously, she was a captain of a Boeing 767 airplane between 1998 and 2005.
Commencing her career as a commissioned second lieutenant with the United States Air Force in 1982, Ms. Bartz subsequently served as a co-pilot at Beale Air Force Base from 1983 to 1986 and an aircraft commander from 1986 to 1997. During this time, she was an air operations officer at Beale Air Force Base from 1989 to 1990, having also been a liaison officer from 1992 until her honorable discharge in 2002. In addition, she was a pilot for the Milwaukee Air National Guard from 1990 to 1997.
Ms. Bartz holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in human resources management from Golden Gate University. After gaining prominence in the field, she received a diploma in fitness and nutrition. She is certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and is a certified holistic practitioner, gluten practitioner, master transformational coach and hormone trained specialist.
Attributing her success to her leadership skills and her ability to act with persistence and tenacity, Ms. Bartz delved into her profession because she desired to make a difference in other people’s lives through her business as a holistic practitioner. In addition, her experiences as a pilot have made historic inroads for other aspiring women pilots to excel in the field of aviation. In her spare time, she volunteers to help the elderly with their nutritional needs and contributes to numerous nonprofit organizations. She has maintained affiliation with the National Association of Professional Women.
As a testament to her profound success, Ms. Bartz has received various ribbons from the United States military and was named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women. In addition, she was named Entrepreneur of the Year in Holistic and Integrative Nutrition by Worldwide Branding, an Elite American Health Professional, and a Top Female Executive. She has further been highlighted in the 21st edition of Who’s Who in the West, as well as multiple editions of Who’s Who of American Women and Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
