Dr. Raimondo, a distinguished educator and author, has dedicated his life to teaching and spiritual leadership. Currently serving as an adjunct professor at Caldwell University, a private Catholic institution in Caldwell, New Jersey, since 2024, he imparts knowledge in English, drawing on his extensive academic background. Since 2019, Dr. Raimondo has also served as the president of Community Fusion LLC, where he continues to influence and inspire through his leadership.

In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Raimondo has been a senior minister, author and public speaker at God’s Wisdom and Grace Church in New Jersey since 2013. His commitment to spiritual education is further exemplified by his role as a Bible study leader and teacher at Saint Andrew’s Catholic Church. For over four decades, Dr. Raimondo has shared his stories at numerous weekend retreats for men, as well as through home churches, Bible study groups and prayer meetings.

From 2014 to 2019, Dr. Raimondo served as an adjunct professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, where he taught courses in communication. His tenured career in education began as a special education teacher in the Newark Public Schools from 1992 to 2010.

Before teaching in the classroom, Dr. Raimondo worked as a sales manager at American Thermal Windows from 1968 to 1992. His early career also included a unique start as a barber, having completed an apprenticeship under his uncle’s guidance.

Possessing a rich academic background, Dr. Raimondo’s educational journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in music from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey, in 1974, followed by a Master of Arts in theater and communication on campus in 1982. Years later, he returned to college, earning a Master of Arts in education supervision from Saint Peter’s University, a private Jesuit university in Jersey City, New Jersey, in 1995, then a Doctor of Philosophy in school administration and supervision from Berne University in 1999. Furthermore, Dr. Raimondo received a Doctor of Theology from Christian Leadership University, an online Bible college and theological seminary, in 2020.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Raimondo is deeply committed to philanthropy. He donates monthly to approximately 40 organizations, including Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital and various other children’s charities. Additionally, Dr. Raimondo’s personal experiences with epilepsy have fueled his support for epilepsy research.Dr. Raimondo’s literary contributions include several fiction and nonfiction publications, such as “Journey Through Revelation: A Literary Approach” in 2017, “Deadly Change” in 2018 and “Faith Cocktail” in 2022. His book series, “Matt 25-40: Least of Brothers,” showcases his storytelling prowess through the character Detective Mose Dalini.

Reflecting on his career, Dr. Raimondo’s teaching career has been his most notable professional achievement, as he has helped many students master the subjects he has taught. In the future, he plans to focus more on teaching theology, sharing his insights through continued Bible study sessions that have been a significant part of his life for nearly 35 years. In his personal life, Dr. Raimondo finds joy in writing and practicing martial arts, holding a sixth-degree black belt. He has taught others the art, and it has also led him to study Japanese philosophy. Dr. Raimondo finds it fascinating how certain concepts in Japanese martial arts align with teachings in the Bible, particularly the words of Jesus.
