In the City of Dayton, he worked as a maintenance operator from 1999 to 2012 and as a maintenance mechanic from 2020 to 2022. He garnered a stellar reputation as a pumping systems supervisor for the City of Dayton Water Supply and Treatment from 2012 to 2020. At Montgomery County Environmental Services, he found success as a water quality administrator from 2022 to 2023.
Mr. Holtzman serves as the Manager of Operations for North America for Smart Actuation, the company behind an advanced and innovative technology that had never been implemented before in the United States. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was recognized as Employee of the Year by the City of Dayton. His distinctive approach and innovative ideas have allowed him to explore uncharted territories and break new ground in his field. He taught Federal Emergency Management Agency disaster management classes for critical infrastructure in American Samoa and Hawaii.
Mr. Holtzman’s success is a testament to his unwavering determination and resilience in the face of hardship. In the immediate future, he plans to construct business units and rental properties where he will focus on pioneering new technologies and water systems. Additionally, he seeks to establish a headquarters for his international work. His ultimate goal is to create an efficient, resilient, and smart water system that will positively impact the world.
