With 25 years of overall experience to his credit, Dr. Moore has excelled as a professor at Columbia Southern University since 2014. He oversaw the curriculum for the criminal justice and homeland security programs as part of his duties. His primary role is to facilitate the learning process of the students, guiding them toward becoming productive members of society and achieving their desired careers. While with the United States government, he contributed as a supervisor from 2004 to 2008 and program manager since 2008. He garnered a stellar reputation as an adjunct faculty member at Kaplan University from 2011 to 2016.

Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Moore pursued an education at Seton Hall University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice in 1999. He continued his academic efforts at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey – Newark, obtaining a Master of Public Administration in 2007. He concluded his studies at Walden University, graduating with a PhD in public administration in 2011.

Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Dr. Moore has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He contributed to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and the American Society for Public Administration. He has coached the little leagues in his community for the last six years.

Dr. Moore wrote and published an article about preparation for various types of weather-related incidents and another about the killing of George Floyd, which was published by Columbia Southern University. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was presented with several Excellent Achievement Awards from Columbia Southern University in 2022 and 2023.

Dr. Moore attributes his success to perseverance, belief in himself, and determination. He considers his most notable achievement to be utilizing his experience in facilitating his dissertation for his PhD in protecting the United States from biological attacks. In the immediate future, he intends to maintain his focus on teaching college students and assisting them in prioritizing their objectives. He is contemplating the possibility of utilizing his wealth of experience to provide consultation services and harbors aspirations of pursuing a career in politics within the next decade.
