With more than four decades of experience to his credit, Dr. Taylor has cultivated a career of excellence in the field of education. Specializing in instructional and behavioral coaching and learning, he has served as an educator and educational consultant for Learning Never Stops (Taylormade) since 2016. As a valued member of his team, he largely focuses his work on consulting for adolescent development, with his primary goal being to support numerous public schools and assist children with learning or behavioral difficulties. Likewise, Dr. Taylor places a special emphasis on improving relationships between students and teachers.

Prior to his current appointment, Dr. Taylor excelled as a school administrator and assistant principal in the Roosevelt School District in Phoenix, Arizona, from 2009 to 2016. At the onset of his professional career, he excelled as a coordinator of youth ministry at his local Christian assembly from 1989 to 1998. Additionally, he was a research analyst for the state of Arizona from 1992 to 2004. Before beginning his career, Dr. Taylor honorably served in the United States Army and National Guard from 1979 until he was honorably discharged in 1988. During the time of his service, he specialized as an administrative assistant.

As part of his vocational journey, Dr. Taylor also pursued his own formal education, beginning with his time at The University of Louisiana Monroe where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism in 1988. He subsequently attended the University of Phoenix and received a Master of Arts in elementary education in 2004. Dr. Taylor ultimately concluded his studies at Nova Southeastern University, achieving a Doctor of Education in educational leadership in 2009. In addition to his academic credentials, he also holds certifications as a school principal, teacher and mentor, and for public administration.

In his creative endeavors, Dr. Taylor authored the recent 2023 book, “Wired – To Fight! To Battle! To Win! – Against the Miseducation of Minority Children,” marking this as his first professional publication. To commemorate his accomplishments over the course of his career, he has been honored with numerous accolades, including an award for education and administration from the state of Arizona in 2003 and both a Good Conduct Medal and Letter of Achievement from the United States military. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his perseverance, dedication and discipline. In the coming years, Dr. Taylor hopes to become a professor while continuing his counseling work with other teachers and local schools.
