Gary A. Miller Jr., high school principal at the Cloverleaf Local Schools, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in academic administration.
Having accrued nearly three decades of experience, Mr. Miller is well-regarded as a leader in the field of education. Since 2020, he has served as the high school principal of the Cloverleaf Local Schools, where he oversees up to 800 high school students and his own staff, including counselors, teachers and educational aides. Bolstered by a wealth of expertise gathered in previous roles in his field, he previously excelled as the principal of Northridge Middle School, as part of the Northeastern Local School District in Springfield, Ohio, from 2013 to 2020. Furthermore, Mr. Miller was the assistant principal of Grant Middle School, of the Marion City Schools, from 2010 to 2013.
Since beginning his career in the 1990s, Mr. Miller has also operated as a teacher, football coach and athletic director for numerous other schools throughout the state of Ohio. During his time in the field, he has also remained committed to civic advocacy, organizing numerous sports programs and charitable initiatives with the schools he has worked with. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Miller also cultivated his own formal education, beginning with his time at The College of Wooster, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in geology. He ultimately concluded his studies at Ashland University and achieved a master’s degree in education administration in 2004. Well-regarded for his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Miller was honored with the Momentum Award on two occasions from the State Board of Education of the Ohio Department of Education.
