Bolstered by over three decades of experience, Mr. Owulette is a proven expert in the field of education. Specializing in engineering, he currently serves as an adjunct professor at St. Louis Community College in St. Louis, Missouri, having joined the school in 2010. Prior to his current appointment, he operated as a science and mathematics teacher at the Construction Careers Center Charter High School from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Owulette originally began his career in 1988, working as a continuous improvement engineer for Pilot Industries Inc. in Dexter, Michigan. As part of his professional dedication, he also remains affiliated with the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. 

Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Owulette cultivated his own formal education, earning a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering at Montana Technological University in 1981. He subsequently continued his studies at Eastern Michigan University and achieved a Master of Science in manufacturing engineering in 2004. In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Owulette is also well regarded for his creative output, having authored three books, including “Principles of Annang Grammar” in 2018, “Annang-English Dictionary: Anaañ Heritage Dictionary” in 2019, and “Heritage Ethnobotany: Conventional And Traditional Uses Of Plants” in 2022. To wit, he continues to work extensively with the Annang Heritage group, working to preserve their language and history. In the coming years, Mr. Owulette hopes to continue educating students and working to preserve the Annang language and culture.
