She also received a Bachelor of Science in management and marketing, magna cum laude, from California State University in 1991, a Master of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in 1993, and a PhD in organizational management with a minor in e-commerce from Capella University in 2003. These academic achievements have significantly contributed to Dr. Didier’s success as an educator and consultant.
