Dr. Isgett is distinguished for her contributions as a bursar at the Quantic School of Business and Technology, an online private business school based in Washington, D.C. Pivotal in her role since 2020, she is responsible for the student aid and tuition reimbursement processes, managing student support initiatives while integrating aspects of student success, and prioritizing holistic support for students, especially regarding financial assistance. Among other goals, Dr. Isgett oversees scholarships and funding solutions. Leveraging her former success, she was affiliated with Coker University in Heartsville, South Carolina, beginning as an admissions counselor from 2012 to 2015, then as the director of student accounts between 2015 and 2019, and finally as the director of student financial services between 2019 and 2020.

Possessing a rich educational background, Dr. Isgett holds a Bachelor of Science in education, kinesiology and exercise science from the University of Virginia in 2009, a Master of Professional Studies in human resources and employment relations from Pennsylvania State University in 2015, and a Doctor of Philosophy in higher education and higher education administration from Coastal Carolina University in 2022. Moreover, Dr. Isgett holds a diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace certification.

As a dedicated expert in her field, Dr. Isgett has authored several publications and has presented before various professional groups on topics such as field experiences during a pandemic and the retention of racial minority students attending two-year technical historically black colleges and universities. She has remained affiliated with several industry-related organizations, including the Southern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, the National Association of College and University Business Officers and the Association for Continuing Higher Education. Besides her professional contributions, Dr. Isgett has volunteered her time as a poll manager and counselor in her local community. Her success has been recognized with a Redefining Ready Award in 2015, President’s Leadership Intensive Awards in 2017 and 2018, the Ronald S. Johnson Memorial Staff Person of the Year Award for 2018-2019, and a New Aid Officers Award in 2019. She attributes much of her success to the unwavering support of her mother and her faith.
