Batsheva Guy, change management consultant at Huron Consulting Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility.

Drawing on more than 10 years of experience as a consultant and educator, Dr. Guy currently holds positions in multiple organizations. Among other academic responsibilities, she has served as an adjunct professor of psychology and adult learning at Xavier University since 2015, an adjunct assistant professor of psychology at the University of Cincinnati since 2021, an adjunct professor at Carlow University since 2022, a visiting professor of psychology at Miami University since 2023, and dissertation chair and adjunct faculty in psychology and counseling at the University of Indianapolis. Outside of academia, Dr. Guy has contributed as a change management consultant at Huron Consulting Group since 2022. In this role, she manages organizational change with higher education clients through equitable, inclusive, and participatory practices. In 2024, Dr. Guy founded BAT Consulting: Bold Accountability and Transformation, a project that leverages all of the skills she has built up over the years to offer accountability coaching and culture consulting for clients seeking to foster greater professionalism.

Dr. Guy’s prolific career has been supported by her own educational journey, which began with a Bachelor of Science in psychology at the University of Cincinnati in 2014. Subsequently, she obtained a Master of Science in criminal justice from the same institution in 2015. Dr. Guy remained at the University of Cincinnati to earn a Doctor of Philosophy in education studies in 2018. She has also pursued numerous certifications to round out her areas of expertise, including in substance abuse counseling, diversity, change management, inclusive teaching, and more. Dr. Guy authored two textbooks, “Psychology of Gender” and “Equity and Inclusion in Psychology,” both published in 2024. Her achievements have earned such accolades as the Presidential Medal of Graduate Student Excellence from the University of Cincinnati and an Inspirational Leader Badge from Huron Consulting Group.

Beyond her professional life, Dr. Guy enjoys traveling with her husband and three kids, writing, cooking, visiting museums, and getting tattoos. Though she has led a busy career to this point, her goal for the future is to cut back on her responsibilities and prioritize spending more time with her family. While crafting a better work-life balance, she also looks forward to continuing her work with Huron Consulting Group and expanding BAT Consulting. Dr. Guy hopes to establish a range of accountability groups that cater to the needs of different clients, which will allow her to offer her services to the most people possible and thus to make the greatest impact possible.
