Concurrent to this role, she established herself as an ESL instructor at Framingham State University from 2012 to 2014.

Ms. Maestrey immigrated to the United States in 2003. Before embarking on her professional path, she pursued an education at Boston University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in 2009. She holds a certification in teaching English as a second or foreign language. Beyond her responsibilities within the field, she has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She contributed to Mary’s Meals and Rosie’s Place.

Ms. Maestrey attributes her success to her dedication, strong work ethic and love for what she does. She considers her most notable achievement to be creating a new high-level curriculum proposal, which she presented to educational leaders in Japan. She has some new ideas for her program, which involves artificial intelligence, critical thinking, and analytics skills.
