Ms. Gindlesperger’s academic background is both comprehensive and directly aligned with her professional pursuits. After acquiring a Bachelor of Arts in business and economics with a minor in computer and information technology from Wilson College in 2001, she earned a Master of Business Administration at Frostburg State University in 2002 and a Master of Science in instructional technology from Towson University in 2019, equipping her with advanced strategies for integrating technology into the classroom.
Besides her formal education, Ms. Gindlesperger’s commitment to ongoing professional development is evident through completion of PDE SAS professional development training and ACT48 credits during 2023 to 2024. Additionally, she holds a K-12 certification in business, computers and information technology from Shippensburg University, which she completed after two semesters of coursework and one semester of educational practices.
Ms. Gindlesperger’s path into education was shaped by early experiences seeking practical application for her studies. After initially majoring in communications following high school graduation, she transitioned into the workforce before redirecting her academic focus toward business and technology. This decision was encouraged by mentors who recognized her potential for advancement.
Beyond her classroom achievements, Ms. Gindlesperger is an active member of P.E.O. International, an organization dedicated to supporting educational opportunities for women. Her induction into this philanthropic group holds special significance as Ms. Gindlesperger was welcomed by her mother, herself a longstanding member.
