Throughout her teaching career, Ms. Marchese has developed expertise in addressing extreme behavior and relationships, honing her skills through years of experience and professional development. She has also taught various subjects outside of special education, including physical education for grades K-12. Ms. Marchese’s diverse skill set in education has set her apart and allowed her to excel in the field.

Klein ISD is a school district with the Texas Education Agency. The district comprises over 47,000 students and employs approximately 6,100 teachers and staff members. The Klein ISD is centrally located about 40 minutes from downtown Houston.

Before transitioning into education, Ms. Marchese held several positions in marketing and management. She was employed by BDS Marketing in Houston from 2012 to 2015, initially as a field operations manager and later as a market development manager. Ms. Marchese also served as a flex force team lead at Channel Partners between 2009 and 2012, where she demonstrated strong leadership skills.

In addition to her roles in education and marketing, Ms. Marchese was involved in the fitness industry. She was a Group X instructor at 24 Hour Fitness USA LLC from 2008 to 2021, where she taught spinning classes to groups of over 20 participants. Moreover, she served as a personal trainer at FIT Athletic, a premier athletic club in San Diego, California, from 2009 to 2015. These roles allowed Ms. Marchese to combine her passion for fitness with her dedication to helping others achieve their personal goals.

Ms. Marchese’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in family and consumer sciences from Florida State University in Tallahassee, which she earned in 1993. Her academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping her approach to marketing, teaching and mentoring students.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Marchese is actively involved in civic organizations, such as the Team Leadership Academy with the Drug Enforcement Administration and various church youth groups. She also lived in Brazil for several years and served as the treasurer of a school board during her time in the country. Additionally, she spent over a year in Costa Rica on a church mission, where she shared her faith with others. Ms. Marchese’s involvement with the International Women’s Club, a nonprofit social organization, further underscores her commitment to professional growth and community engagement.

Attributing much of her success to the values instilled by her father, who emphasized service, collaboration and helping others, Ms. Marchese is proud of her accomplishments. Looking ahead, she aspires to continue making a positive impact on children’s lives through her work in education while engaging more deeply with her community.
