Mr. Suits is an established faculty member at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Since 2018, he has been a lead instructor and online design coordinator, where he has been instrumental in creating a hybrid educational model that incorporates instructional videos and an online learning system through Blackboard. Working in a hybrid capacity, Mr. Suits has also developed online tutorials, among other accomplishments.

Besides his contributions to academia, Mr. Suits successfully helped to revitalize the workforce following the COVID-19 pandemic at a Fortune 500 casino that aimed to hire over 200 new dealers. His role encompassed recruiting, contacting and training candidates. As such, he developed a hybrid educational format that combined instructional videos with an online learning platform, allowing for remote training. Mr. Suits notably worked in the casino industry for over 15 years, beginning his venture tending to slot machines before becoming a croupier.

Mr. Suits completed college coursework and received casino dealer certification through Texas State Technical College. Besides his work-related accomplishments, he became active in local politics in 2018 when he joined the city council for the city of Ranson, West Virginia. Having contributed significantly to strategic staffing and organizational improvements, his efforts have nearly doubled the operational budget. Mr. Suits aims to continue participating in community development affairs in the future. He credits his expertise in strategic planning, organizational leadership and design, budget monitoring, and ordinance development for much of his professional and civic success.
