Anthony T. Wilson, PhD, the dean of instruction at Bryant & Stratton College, and business and educational auditor and founder of The MYCROBIG Project, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in educational leadership.

Across a diverse set of roles and nearly 25 years of experience, Dr. Wilson has built an esteemed career in education. He currently serves as the dean of instruction at Bryant & Stratton College, where he initially joined as an associate professor in 2017. Concurrently with that position, Dr. Wilson has founded multiple noteworthy projects, including the Destination WE School of Grit, the Wilson Institute School of Theology and The MYCROBIG Project. Through these various initiatives, he works directly with students, as well as providing consultation, coaching and talks to teachers, faculty and others for professional development. Dr. Wilson’s extensive work history includes several years each as a school principal with Charter Schools USA, an assistant principal and dean with National Heritage Academies, a residential supervisor with NYSARC Inc., a teacher at Buffalo Public Schools, and a department chair for the Midwest College of Biblical Studies, among others. His professional journey began as a program director and behavior specialist for Crucial Human Services in 2000.

Prior to embarking on his vocational path, Dr. Wilson set a strong academic foundation for his future, starting with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Buffalo State University and an Associate of Applied Science in psychology from State University of New York (SUNY) Erie in 2009. He obtained a master’s degree in secondary education and teaching from Medaille University in 2013. In 2015, Dr. Wilson received a Specialist in Education in curriculum and instruction from Northcentral University, where he remained to earn a PhD in education leadership and administration in 2018. He has further bolstered his credentials with certifications in educational leadership and administration from Canisius University, in special education from Northcentral University, and in diversity, inclusion and belonging from LinkedIn.

Beyond his career, Dr. Wilson has been happily married for nearly 20 years and is a loving father to two children. He spends his free time playing video games, reading, practicing yoga and spending time with his family. Looking to the future, Dr. Wilson intends to continue growing his organizations, especially The MYCROBIG Project. He hopes to expand the reach of his services to the point where he can provide guidance to educators around the world.
