With nearly five decades of experience, Mr. Greig has built a distinguished career in academia, specializing in educational and developmental psychology, as well as ethics and psychology. He currently excels as an adjunct faculty at Grand Canyon University, a position he has held since 2021. His experience also includes serving as community support coordinator with the Air Force Civilian Service from 2019 to 2024, adjunct faculty at Rowan College in Burlington County from 2017 to 2018, and chief learning officer at Air Mobility Command from 2016 to 2017.

Mr. Greig has also served in several important educational leadership roles, including education program administrator for the Defense Contract Audit Agency from 2009 to 2016, provost at USAFE University, and command education program manager for the U.S. Air Force from 2007 to 2009. His career within the U.S. Air Force includes positions such as deputy of education services, education services officer, and guidance counselor between 2002 and 2007. Earlier in his career, he held various leadership roles in operations and training within the U.S. Air Force, including staff manager of operations plans, director of analysis division, and chief of training division.

In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Greig has been honored with several accolades, including earning the rank of Eagle Scout, multiple awards during his active duty service, and two civilian service awards. He has been a member of the International Society for Philosophical Enquiry since 2023, as well as an active member of American Mensa, the Military Officers Association of America, and the Society of Psychologists in Management since 2012. He has also been a member of the Triple Nine Society and the National Eagle Scout Association since 2010, as well as the American Psychological Association since 2007. Additionally, he served as vice president of the Federal Agency Community of Practice for the Council on Occupational Education from 2009 to 2010 and is a member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. He dedicates his time to the Boy Scouts of America, serving as assistant district commissioner for the Transatlantic Council from 1994 to 2003. Laying a strong educational foundation, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Cornell University in 1974, a Master of Arts in counseling from Ball State University in 1980, a Master of Arts in philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1985, and a PhD in educational and developmental psychology from Capella University in 2008.

Reflecting on his path, Mr. Greig began his career piloting fighter jets in the Air Force before transitioning to a teaching role at the Air Force Academy. He later spent seven years as an education adviser at the Defense Contract Audit Institute, where he played a pivotal role in overhauling the assessment process for self-study course credits. His innovative approach, developed in collaboration with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, was eventually adopted by NASA and, a year later, by the IRS. A retired Air Force lieutenant colonel, his most recent civil service role was as a GS-14, where he excelled as the chief learning officer for Air Mobility Command.

Mr. Greig attributes his success to his relentless pursuit of excellence, always striving to elevate the quality of his work. His refusal to settle for mediocrity has earned him numerous accolades and recognition throughout his career. In the coming years, he remains committed to his passion for teaching and plans to continue making an impact in the field of education.
