She also conducted step-parenting courses for U.S. Army members stationed in Germany. During her time in Germany, she also served as an honorary board member for the American National Red Cross.

She received numerous Exceptional Performance Awards as a testament to her accomplishments with the U.S. Department of Defense Dependent Schools. Ms. Steele has also been recognized with multiple appreciation and community service awards for her achievements inside and outside the classroom.

Ms. Steele has attributed her success to her inimitable and insatiable desire for knowledge, a passion that inspires her daily work. Among the highlights of her career thus far, she is proud of her ability to successfully teach both older and younger students. 

Ms. Steele was driven to become a health and wellness coach by her deep passion for wellness and counseling. She discovered her natural talent for offering meaningful guidance and valuable insight to young people, which has inspired her to extend her services. In the coming years, she hopes to reach a larger audience with the publication of books on social and emotional fitness and somatic therapy. Ms. Steele further aims to establish a new platform for her coaching that will specifically appeal to young girls who need to discover their path, as she believes helping them will aid in the betterment of the world as a whole.
