Since 1969, Dr. Hillenbrand has practiced as a psychiatrist, demonstrating a commitment to mental health care that continues to the present day. Concurrently, he has served as a clinical professor in psychiatry and behavioral science at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science since 1978. Notably, he contributed to research programs at Reynolds Army Hospital, particularly during President Ford’s Amnesty Program of Deserters. Dr. Hillenbrand’s professional qualifications are underscored by several certifications, including Psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, alongside State Medical Licenses in Indiana and Illinois.
