In addition to her academic roles, Ms. Coe has served as an adjunct professor at California State University San Marcos since 2005, where she continues to inspire and educate students.

Prof. Coe’s passion for education stems from her high school years, where she excelled in math and science. Her natural talent for understandably explaining complex concepts sparked her interest in teaching. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to making learning accessible and engaging for her students. This commitment has earned her accolades such as the Crystal Apple Award and National Merit Scholarship Program recognition.

In the coming years, Ms. Coe envisions continuing her contribution to education at California State University San Marcos. She also hopes to explore opportunities to further her impact in other educational institutions. She remains dedicated to her profession, aiming to inspire and shape young minds for years to come.
