Gina M. Moore, MSLN, corporate and foundation relations officer at Western New England University, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in project management education.
Ms. Moore is a distinguished professional who has excelled in her career. She has contributed her expertise to many prestigious organizations, such as Cigna Healthcare between 1998 and 2005, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company between 2005 and 2013, and Voya Financial, a Voya Services Company between 2013 and 2023. Having transitioned to higher education, she presently serves as an adjunct professor for Bay Path University and American International College while simultaneously acting as the corporate and foundation relations officer for Western New England University.
Attributing her success to resiliency and a passion for continuous learning and professional development, Ms. Moore utilized these assets to earn a Bachelor of Science in business management, summa cum laude in 2006, subsequently obtaining a Master of Science in leadership and negotiation in 2016 from Bay Path University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in higher education leadership and organizational studies from Bay Path University and intends to complete her degree in 2025. She has further garnered certificates of completion in the Society for Information Management Regional Leadership Forum in 2013 and Innovative Change Leadership in 2023.
Ms. Moore volunteered as the vice president of the parent’s association at St. Mary’s Academy between 2016 and 2018. She currently acts as the Core Values Ambassador for Bay Path University. She was recognized as an inductee into The Maroon Key Society in 2006, with the Service Excellence Award at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company and the President’s Award from Cigna Healthcare.
Ms. Moore credits her leadership skills and having served as the senior vice president of project management as her greatest accomplishments. She takes pride in having successfully developed and honed her skills in leading others and having made a positive impact on the professional lives of her colleagues. In the coming years, she aspires to secure a position in the advancement office and commence her work in aiding individuals to reach their full potential. She endeavors to make a significant contribution to the field of project management higher education, utilizing her skills and expertise toward the betterment of the community.
