With 8 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Varughese has excelled as lifeskills coach at Asociacion Puertorriquenos en Marcha since 2021. She began her career as an ambassador at Temple University Telefund from 2013 to 2014. She worked as an administrative assistant at Smart Circle International from 2014 to 2015 before transitioning to the role of mentor at Robots & Mentors from 2015 to 2016. She served as special education support at EBS Healthcare from 2016 to 2017.

Ms. Varughese garnered a stellar reputation as a voice over artist at Speechocean in Shanghai, China from 2018 to 2019. She established herself as a teacher at EF Educations First from 2018 to 2019, VIPKid from 2019 to 2021, and Outschool since 2020. She has been active as an educator at ASPIRA Charter School since 2023.

Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Varughese pursued an education at Temple University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in strategic communication in 2014. She continued her academic efforts at Liberty University, graduating with a Master of Arts in human service counseling & life coaching in 2017. Beyond her responsibilities within the field, she has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She held the role of teacher at Shanghai Rehabilitation and Vocational Training Center since 2018 and has been a tutor since 2011. Moreover, she volunteered with Bluebird.

Ms. Varughese attributes her success to receiving outstanding mentorship and being a strong, competent student. Getting an international experience in China also helped her succeed in her field, as it prompted her to leave her comfort zone. Her most notable achievement was being sought out to run EFT sessions for companies, groups, and events, including one in particular which she ran with Brad Yates, a well-known practitioner. The event was challenging, but nevertheless became one of her most rewarding career experiences.

In the immediate future, Ms. Varughese intends to work in a variety of facets with the children of Philadelphia. She wants to see the impact of her work and broaden how mental health is perceived in schools and by children. She hopes to establish ties and connections in her hometown while maintaining the freedom to travel and engage in her hobbies which include traveling, hiking, engaging with the arts, volunteering and networking.
