Professor Verne L. Biddle is a distinguished educator and chemist. Before his current role, he taught at Pensacola Christian College from 1978 to 1989. He holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Bob Jones University, which he earned in 1972, and a PhD in analytical chemistry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained in 1978. With a teaching career spanning over four decades, Prof. Biddle has dedicated his life to shaping the minds of students. His passion for education was ignited during his time as a teaching assistant at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he discovered his talent for helping students understand complex concepts.
Throughout his impressive career, Prof. Biddle has authored several chemistry textbooks, including “Chemistry: Precision and Design (A Beka Book Science and Health Series)” in 2000, “Chemistry: Precision and Design – Solution Key to Text Exercises (A Beka Book Science Series)” in 1995, “Laboratory Manual for Chemistry: Precision and Design (A Beka Book Science Series)” in 1986, and “Chemistry: Precision and Design (A Beka Book Science Series)” in 1986. He has also been an adviser, editor, and contributor to various science books published by BJU Press and Abeka Book, LLC.
In the future, Prof. Biddle plans to remain active in the field of education and hopes to continue tutoring high school and college students.
