Specializing in history and social studies, he currently operates as a guest teacher at the Comal Independent School District in Texas, having retired from his role as a full-time teacher. Likewise, he also lends his talents to the Wimberley Independent School District and the Boerne Independent School District. In his other prior work experiences, he was a budget analyst for Triumph Industries from 1981 to 1996. Prior to beginning his career, Mr. Renth served in the United States Air Force from 1975 to 1981, earning the rank of sergeant prior to his honorable discharge.
Ever committed to his professional interests, Mr. Renth remains affiliated with the Association of Naval Aviation and the Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity. He also continues to serve his community as a civic-minded citizen, regularly volunteering with the Bulverde Activity Center and participating as a member of Commemorative Air Force. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Renth also pursued a formal education, earning a bachelor’s degree at the Stephen F. Austin State University. To commemorate his military achievements, he was also honored with an Air Force Good Conduct Medal and a Longevity Service Ribbon. Attributing his success to his determination, Mr. Renth is particularly proud of his efforts as an aviation writer and photographer.
