Roger J. Huston, PhD, dean and assistant professor of the Kentucky Christian University School of Business and Leadership, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in educational administration.

Dr. Huston has cultivated a career of excellence in the fields of education and nonprofit management, leveraging more than two decades of experience. Since 2022, he has served as the dean and assistant professor of the Kentucky Christian University School of Business and Leadership. Additionally, he is an adjunct faculty member of Regent University. Adjacent to his primary academic endeavors, Dr. Huston has also operated as the owner, chief executive officer and principal consultant of Faith Works Consulting since 2019. Furthermore, in his other career pursuits, he has worked as an event coordinator for various academic groups since 2022. Dr. Huston originally began his career 2003, and since then, he has worked alongside various faith-based groups and educational organizations, with the goal of strengthening academic programs and improving communities.

As part of his vocational journey, Dr. Huston cultivated his own higher education, earning several degrees throughout his time in the field. He ultimately achieved a PhD in public policy at the University of Delaware in 2019. In addition to his collegiate credentials, he also holds several pertinent certifications in his field, including for higher education teaching, data analysis, digital marketing, fundraising and financial management. Likewise, Dr. Huston remains affiliated with several industry-related organizations, including the Academy of Management, the American Political Science Association, and the Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action. Well-regarded for his scholarly output as well, he authored his piece, “Why We Should Talk About Faith and Policy, Not Religion and Politics,” in 2020, which was published by RELEVANT Media Group Inc. To commemorate his achievements, Dr. Huston has been honored with numerous accolades, including recognition for Faith Works Consulting as the Most Client-Focused Management Consulting & Coaching Service in 2020.
