Ms. Bostic leverages nearly four decades of practiced expertise as a proven leader in the field of education. Specializing in student instruction and discipline, she has operated as the chief executive officer and lead educational consultant for Scott MB Consultant Firm LLC since 2019. As the leader of her company, she works alongside various school systems and higher learning institutions to train and prepare other school leaders in various subjects, such as schedule development, attendance protocols and staff support.

As part of her dedication to her profession, Ms. Bostic remains affiliated with the Georgia Association of Educators and the National Education Association. Prior to her current appointments, she excelled as the district schedule manager for the DeKalb County School District in Georgia from 2014 to 2018. Furthermore, she was the assistant principal of the elementary, middle and high schools for the district from 1998 to 2014. Ms. Bostic originally joined the school system as a teacher at the onset of her career in 1985.

During the beginning years of her vocational journey, Ms. Bostic cultivated her own higher education. To wit, she studied at the University of North Georgia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in language arts and social studies. In addition to her academic credentials, Ms. Bostic also received her administrative certification from the University of West Georgia in 1995.

Outside of her primary endeavors, Ms. Bostic has remained active in her community as a civic-minded citizen as well, serving as a member of her local domestic violence support group. Attributing much of her success to her parents, who served as a constant source of inspiration and encouragement and taught her valuable skills in public speaking, she is particularly proud of her time instructing students on ethics as both a teacher and principal. In the coming years, Ms. Bostic looks forward to providing further training to aspiring teachers and leaders in the field of education.
