Regan L. Jackson, Music Educator at Jackson Public Schools, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in music education.
Since 2018, Ms. Jackson has shared her knowledge as a music educator with Jackson Public Schools in Mississippi. In this role, she holds music classes for students from kindergarten to fifth grade. She also manages the performing arts department at Wilkins Elementary School. Alongside her primary role, Ms. Jackson was a Kids Kollege camp counselor at Jackson State University from 2018 to 2020 and the assistant director of bands at Murrah High School from 2018 to 2019.
In preparation for her career, Ms. Jackson attended Jackson State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in music technology in 2018. She continued her education at Belhaven University, graduating with a Master of Arts in Teaching in 2020. In 2022, Ms. Jackson obtained a Master of Music Education from Jackson State University. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, reading and getting to know people in her community.
