Jesse Jai McNeil Jr., EdD, President and Founder of McNeil E3 Leadership, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in educational development.

Since 2022, Dr. McNeil has excelled as the president and founder of McNeil E3 Leadership. Prior to this position, he was the president, founder and chief executive officer of the McNeil Educational Foundation for Ecumenical Leadership from 1999 to 2022. In preparation for his career, Dr. McNeil attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, graduating in 1975 with a Doctor of Education. In addition to his doctorate, he earned a teaching certificate in music education.

Alongside his primary positions, Dr. McNeil was an assistant professor at the University of Texas at Arlington and a visiting clinical professor at Texas Southern University. From 2003 to 2018, he was a principal at numerous schools. He garnered additional experience as an assistant principal at Preston Hollow Elementary School, a coordinator for staff development at the Dallas Independent School District, a department chair of elementary education at Bishop College and an associate music teacher with the Elmhurst Elementary Program. Dr. McNeil has contributed articles to professional journals and was inducted into the John Muir High School Hall of Fame in 2018, among other honors. In the coming years, he plans to publish more articles and books.
