Fay McCrory, Professor at Penn State Harrisburg, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in mathematics instruction.
Ms. McCrory has excelled as a mathematics professor with Penn State Harrisburg, part of The Pennsylvania State University, as well as at Lebanon Valley College, Annville and Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, which is now Randolph College in Lynchburg, Virginia. She previously obtained a Bachelor of Science from Lebanon Valley College and a Master of Science from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.
Harboring an interest in numbers and mathematics from her youth, Ms. McCrory was fortunate to earn scholarships to attend Lebanon Valley and Smith Colleges, which led to her teaching career. She would like people to remember her as a person who cared about whatever they were doing and that she hoped she was of help to students.
