Francis “Frank” Perry, Registrar Emeritus at Robert Morris University, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in schools administration.

Mr. Perry obtained a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania in 1970 and continued his education with a Master of Science in education, guidance and counseling from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh in 1979. He served his alma mater, Robert Morris, for more than four decades from 1970 to 2017 as assistant registrar, director of support services for academic affairs, executive director of academic services and assistant dean of academic services. In addition, he has served as an adjunct university faculty member at the Community College of Allegheny County.

Mr. Perry’s memberships include Partners for Quality, Inc., Academic Deans’ Council and National Academic Advising Association. He also serves on the board of visitors for the Robert Morris University School of Education and Social Sciences. In addition, he has served on several committees that include the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, Middle States Evaluation Committee, Robert Morris University 20-Year Club, American Association of Collegiate Schools of Business and the Robert Morris Student Affairs Council.

Mr. Perry attributes his success to his people-oriented personality and organizational, communication and technical skills. He considers his most notable achievement becoming a university registrar at Robert Morris. He is hoping for continued success in the immediate future teaching three classes of principles of physiology and industrial psychology at Robert Morris.
