She continued her education with a Master of Science from Troy State University, Troy, Alabama, in 1975. Her memberships include the National Education Association, American Counseling Association and National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and she has been selected for inclusion in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Education, Who’s Who in the Midwest, Who’s Who of American Women.
