Pauline D. Catoline-Ackerman, a substitute teacher for various schools, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of education.

With more than 20 years of experience in education to her credit, Ms. Catoline-Ackerman has garnered a laudable reputation as a beloved substitute teacher for 10 different schools in the vicinity of Youngstown, Ohio, since 2017. Primarily teaching students from kindergarten to the 12th grade, she also specializes in special education. Having previously worked in various secretarial roles throughout the field of legal service, Ms. Catoline-Ackerman initially became involved in education via Kelly Services, a staffing firm.

Outside of her work in education, Ms. Catoline-Ackerman works as the owner and manager of Pauline’s Place, a small firm through which she offers her services in confidential negotiation consultations. Other roles to her credit include her work as an administrative associate for the American Heart Association from 2000 to 2001, an assistant to the vice president at Bank One Investment Management & Trust Group, a legal secretary at the Henderson, Covington, Stein, Donchess & Messenger Law Firm and an executive secretary for Western Reserve Care Systems. Furthermore, Ms. Catoline-Ackerman found success as a secretary with Green, Schiavoni, Murphy & Haines, Burgstaller, Schwartz & Moore and General American Life Insurance Co. In these positions, she was often called upon to draft documents and organize company agendas.

Ms. Catoline-Ackerman’s exemplary performance in the field was largely born of her academic journey, which began at Hiram College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in business management, with a minor in communications, in 1989. She continued her education several decades later at Youngstown State University, from which she received a Bachelor of Arts in communications, with a minor in English, in 2014. Eminently qualified in her various fields, Ms. Catoline-Ackerman holds certification in medical billing, administrative medicine, substitute teaching, paralegal procedures and strategic marketing management.
