Dr. Kenneth Ryan, Associate Professor of Law, Policy, Management, and International Criminal Justice at California State University, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in higher education.
An accomplished educator, Dr. Ryan has worked as an associate professor of law, policy, management, and international criminal justice at California State University since 2006, and previously held a post as chief executive officer of The Intellico Group from 2004 to 2005. From 2002 to 2006, he was president of STS International LLC, and he previously worked as an instructor of global violence and the operational environment with the U.S. Army Military Intelligence School. In addition to these roles, Dr. Ryan has served as a statistician and exhibit coordinator with the United Nations Security Council Committee of Francophone Africa, a principal adviser on post-war governance structures with the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq, and served on the board of directors for numerous corporations, as well as one government agency.
In preparation for his professional pursuits, Dr. Ryan earned a Doctor of Philosophy in interdisciplinary studies in political science from the Washington University in St. Louis in 2006. He is a prolific contributor to numerous professional journals, an author of manuscripts in global espionage and intelligence theory, public policy, and law, as well as a speaker and lecturer in his field. Dr. Ryan has been affiliated with multiple organizations throughout his career, including the Round Table in Criminal Law and Justice at the University of Oxford, the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, and the American Bar Association, among others. In the coming years, he looks forward to continued success in his work as an educator.
