Isaac Kligman, MD Associate Professor at the Center for Reproductive Medicine New York–Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical College, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in obstetrics and gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, and infertility.

Distinguished for his expertise as a fertility specialist, Dr. Kligman has excelled as a longtime associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive medicine at the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM) at Weill Cornell Medical College. Since commencing his teaching at the institution in 1993, he also dedicates time to providing fertility preservation services for women who want to cryopreserve their ovum and attain pregnancy later in their reproductive cycle. He also treats patients with a wide range of reproductive and infertility disorders and helps patients with fertility issues become pregnant using assisted reproduction techniques, including in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), among others.

Prior to spearheading his illustrious career, Dr. Kligman attained a Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia in 1981. He went on to serve as an intern and resident in obstetrics-gynecology at Hospital San Ignacio and Universidad Javeriana through 1986, going on to teach as an instructor of obstetrics and gynecology until 1987 when he relocated to the United States. Subsequently, he excelled as a research fellow in reproductive biology and endocrinology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and as a resident in obstetrics-gynecology at the University of Maryland Medical Center. By 1995, he had also completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and fertility at the Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility, Weill Cornell Medical College, New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

Finding great success throughout the course of his career, Dr. Kligman was named to New York Super Doctors from 2012 to 2020 and to the New York Super Doctors Hall of Fame in 2021, as well as to Leading Physicians of the World as a Top Reproductive Endocrinologist in 2020. To attest to his accomplishments, he took home the Star Reviewer Award from Fertility and Sterility in 2018, the Outstanding Leadership Award from New York Weill Cornell Medical Center Alumni Council in 2015, and the Family Building Award from the American Fertility Association in 2005. A fellow of the New York Obstetrical Society, he maintains membership with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology. As a testament to his legacy, Dr. Kligman can also be found in the second edition of Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare.
