Dr. V. Maxine Williams, Senior Consultant at Victory of Faith, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in education and ministry.
Having accrued 35 years of experience in teaching, Dr. Williams flourished as an educator and evangelist in the Alabama public school system from 1978 to 2013. She initially got involved in her industry because of her love of people and desire to see others moving up in productivity. After her experience as an educator, Dr. Williams realized God had called her to preach. She got ordained and licensed and has since dedicated her time to Victory Faith Ministry, a community-based church, as a senior consultant since 1995. After surviving a stroke, Dr. Williams wrote her book, ‘The Miracle From Death Back to Life’ in 2013. A former member of Women in Action, she currently holds membership with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and is a donor to the Salvation Army and Catholic Social Services.
Dr. Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education and teaching, anthropology and sociology from the University of South Alabama. She went on to matriculate at Alabama State University, where she attained a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Philosophy in 2011. She also attained a second Doctor of Philosophy in philosophy in 2015. Dr. Williams attributes her career success to her patience, along with being guided by God. She is very energetic about helping people to produce what God had put down in them and believes if she can truly help someone find themselves then her life will not be in vain. Reflecting on her career path, Dr. Williams considers working cohesively throughout the nation and the world as a highlight of her career, as she has helped people in France, Germany, England and parts of Africa.
