Rev. Dr. Donna M. Andes, Author, Educator and Missionary, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in religious services, academia and writing.

After spending 21 years as a Franciscan sister in the Catholic Church and numerous decades in the nursing industry, Rev. Dr. Andes began teaching at Life Church University in 2001. Drawing upon a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Marquette University, and a Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy in theology from Life Church University, she is a licensed ordained minister and pastor for crisis intervention. Spending additional time as a missionary, network marketer and tailor, Rev. Dr. Andes is notable for her works as an acclaimed author, having written the 2003 book “Know Thy Enemy: What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You,” as well as an autobiography titled “I Would Do It All Again” in 2018. Additionally, she has contributed several articles to various magazines.

Rev. Dr. Andes is a long-term member and past local chapter president of Aglow International, and from 1993 to 2001, served as a member of the Women Prisoners Fellowship in Warrenton, Virginia. She previously spent time as a supervisor in the operating room at St. Gabriel’s Hospital, director of nursing service at St. Ansgar Hospital and director of home health for the Senior Citizen Agency. Additionally, she spent 2001 as a nutritional advisor. Listed in several Who’s Who publications, Rev. Dr. Andes intends to continue practicing religion in the forthcoming future, emphasizing that she is a biblical specialist who leverages her expertise in aiding marriages that are in crisis.
