Hong Jiang, Language Educator at Colorado College, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership.

Since 1995, Dr. Jiang has excelled as a professor of Chinese at Colorado College. Before taking on this role, he gained experience as a research fellow at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. Earlier, in 1982, he graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor of Arts, going on to attain a PhD from the University of Minnesota in 1995. Alongside his current role, Dr. Jiang is the chair of the department of Chinese, German, Italian, Japanese, and Russian Studies at Colorado College. Further, he is a published author, writing the academic book, “Small Well Lane: A Contemporary Chinese Play and Oral History.”

An active member of his industry, Dr. Jiang maintains affiliation with the Modern Language Association and the Association of Asian Studies. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. As a testament to his professional success, Dr. Jiang is featured in multiple editions of Who’s Who in America.
