Noveline E. Beltram, Retired Principal, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in academic administration.
Growing up in a family of teachers, Ms. Beltram always aspired to pursue a professional career in education. In 1978, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in music education from Rhode Island College and she later earned a Master of Business Administration in management from Bryant University in 1985. In the following years, Ms. Beltram accepted a position as a music educator at Thompson Public Schools in Thompson, Connecticut. She remained there until 2002, earning a professional certification in administration from Sacred Heart University in 2001. It was in 2002 that Ms. Beltram was appointed to the assistant principal of Thompson Middle School. By 2008, she had gathered enough experience to take on the role of principal of Mary R. Fisher Elementary School. She excelled in her position until she reached her retirement in 2020.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Beltram is civically active in her local community having contributed to fundraising, food drives and clothing drives. A member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, she has found additional success as a grant writer and speaker at their presentations. Looking toward the future, Ms. Beltram is excited to explore the newfound possibilities that come with retirement. With her spare time, she hopes to dedicate more focus to playing the flute and pursuing professional opportunities in music, as well as becoming more athletic through biking, kayaking and swimming. She additionally enjoys antiquing, gardening and traveling. As a testament to her success, Ms. Beltram is also featured in the 60th edition of Who’s Who in America.
