Geoff Fox, Head Baseball Coach at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in physical fitness.
For Mr. Fox playing baseball his entire life greatly influenced his pursuit to become a coach. He wanted to remain involved in the sport even after he finished his own career as a player. Mr. Fox thought about all of the interactions he had with his coaches growing up and felt he wanted that same connection with his players. Not only wanting to share his experiences and expertise as a seasoned player, but he also wanted to help inspire young men to grow into adults. Those were the driving forces that made him choose the path he chose and he is loving every second of it. With this in mind, Mr. Fox earned a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications and media studies from Colorado Mesa University in 2005 and continued at Fort Hays State University to receive a Master of Arts in health and human performance in 2008.
