Larry Fuhrer, Founder and President of the L. Fuhrer Co., LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in corporate management and strategy.
With an exceptional educational background to his credit, Mr. Fuhrer first earned a Bachelor of Arts from Taylor University in 1961. Soon thereafter, he earned a Master of Science in marketing and development from Northern Illinois University in 1966, as well as a Master of Business Administration from both Benedictine University and Northern Illinois University, in 1988 and 1993 respectively. He later secured a Master of Science in management and organizational behavior from Benedictine University and a Master of Arts from Wheaton College in 2001. Currently, Mr. Fuhrer is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Change from Walden University with an expected completion year in 2022.
Since 1997, Mr. Fuhrer has excelled as the founder and president of The L. Fuhrer. In addition, he also serves as the founder and chairman of Presidential Services Ltd., since 1965. Some of his day to day responsibilities include, problem-solving for the client groups which is essentially their education, privately owned business, small units of government, and entrepreneurial units of major corporations. He is also in charge of organizational design and development where the change has to be structural and private investment banking where the change needs to be financial.
In the past, Mr. Fuhrer served as the founder and president of various other companies including Rockford Equities Ltd., LincolnEd, and Rockford CyberShoppes.com, between 1981 and 2008. He also contributed as a management and finance educator with Aurora University, the University of Phoenix, Lewis University, and Wabaunsee Community College. Civically, he dedicated a portion of his time to the Youth for Christ, the Pathfinders Bible Studies, the Illinois Association of Corridor Council, and the Good Shepard Lutheran Church. A past director of human development and leader, Mr. Fuhrer also served as the vice chairman of the American Society of Quality between 1999 and 2001.
