As a young man, Mr. Quarne was inspired by his mother, who was a teacher before she became a full-time homemaker. For years after her teaching career, and even after her passing, her students would continue to contact Mr. Quarne to tell him how big of a difference his mother had made in their lives. He aimed to be just like her and believes working as an educator is in his blood, as his mother, his aunt, and his uncle were all teachers. Throughout his career, Mr. Quarne attributes his success to the people he has had around him and finds the most rewarding aspect of his profession to be being thanked by past students of his. In the coming years, he is unsure of where he will be, but he currently loves his job. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.
