Supported by more than 35 years of practiced industry experience, Ms. Brintnall is an esteemed educator whose passion for special education is unparalleled. Inspired by her aunt, who was also a special education teacher, she received a scholarship to attend Northwestern Oklahoma State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in 1960. After amassing valuable experience in the field, she returned to school at Wichita State University, earning a Master of Science in special education in 1974.

Ms. Brintnall commenced her career as a teacher at Kiowa Elementary School in Kansas, a role she fulfilled from 1960 to 1963. Taking time off from work, she returned to her career in 1971, serving as a special education teacher at the South Central Kansas Special Education Cooperative in Iuka, KS. Holding this position for 15 years, she retired from the field in 1996.

Influenced by many mentors, including speech therapist Patsy Aubley, Ms. Brintnall is an expert on special education, particularly in teaching children activities of daily living and effective communication. Supported by the encouragement of her late husband, Dean Brintnall, as well as her two children, Ray and Sheila, she considers her career to be incredibly rewarding.
