Company: Victor Cooper Associates
Location: Turnersville, New Jersey, United States
Victor L. Cooper, Security and Emergency Preparedness Consultant at Victor Cooper Associates, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Educators for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Security and Criminal Justice.
Victor Cooper has always felt that most people put too much time and energy into honing their professional skills, often neglecting the honing of themselves on a personal level. Achieving a balance of both personal and professional growth has always been a guiding force in his life, guiding him as he traversed many different professions. From his beginnings in law enforcement, he would then go on to become a pastor, educator, and security director. He now serves as a consultant, specializing in security and emergency preparedness. He has also served as a professor of criminal justice at Gwyneed Mercy College and Pennsylvania State University, spent 14 years as a New Jersey state trooper, and spent another five years as director of stadium security for the Philadelphia Eagles.
A prominent and respected figure in the industry, Mr. Cooper has coordinated security for a number of very high profile events, including two NFL championship games, three Army-Navy college football games (one of which was attended by President Bush), and a host of other events. He also consulted for Super Bowls XLI, XLII, and XLIII. For the invaluable service he has provided throughout his career, he has been honored and recognized many times. Among these honors are a Certificate of Appreciation from the U.S. Secret Service, the Vanguard Award from the Law Enforcement Society, and the Community Service Award from the National African American Police Officers Association.
